You may not like this very much but here it goes. The bottom line is – the nature of our product is that there are no refunds or returns. You, (the User) created the product – that’s what happened. As you went through the process to the eventual purchase of the product you had several opportunities to change your mind. You could have decided not to purchase at any time – but you didn’t. If a color is wrong (see our “Terms and Conditions”) or if the product just didn’t turn out to be what you expected, it’s still yours. Unfortunately, we can’t keep changing things based on your whim – we’re a business that needs to make money, so our great employees can take care of themselves and their families. If we screw something up because you chose blue and we printed green, then our fault – but if you chose green, even on accident, then how can we be responsible for that error?

AGAIN, THE BOTTOM LINE – NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS AFTER YOU HAVE GONE THROUGH THE PROCESS AND PAID FOR YOUR ORDER UNLESS WE ARE AT FAULT.
